We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns/exchanges on items in original condition within 14 days of order delivery date.
All refunds and exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us at email@example.com prior to return shipping to obtain your RAN. Items returned for refund or exchange without a RAN will be sent back to you at your cost.

Refunds are calculated based on price paid, including sales tax but excluding shipping. All items for return must be in unworn, unused, unaltered condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type. Any return postage we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned for refund must be received by EAYRSLEE within 14 days of RAN issuance. Items received after 14 days will be accepted at our sole discretion, and for store credit only.
Exchanges for defective items will be accepted within 30 days of order delivery, and subject to availability of same item in same color. Exchanges for same item in different color will be accepted within 14 days of order delivery, subject to availability.
Items returned for exchange must be received by EAYRSLEE within 14 days of RAN issuance. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RAN and pre-paid shipping label. Your replacement item(s) will be shipped via FREE ground shipping.
We are sorry, we are not able to accept exchanges for a different item at this time. Please send the item back for a refund and make a new purchase.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS /
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of original purchase. Price adjustment will be made in the form of store credit only, in the amount of price difference plus any applicable tax. Previously discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments.
